Running a marathon is a big commitment and you will get the most from the experience if you have prepared well.
We recommend that you follow structured training plans that bring you to a peak for the big day. The training plans on this page are tried and tested and come from very experienced coaches who have competed at the highest level as well as guided beginners from their first tentative strides.
INFORMATION & TRAINING DAY
All of our clients are invited to our New York information and training day. This will take place at the hawker Centre, Kingston-upon-Thames, London on Saturday 25th September.
The day will be packed with information about travel, visas, passports, getting to the start, training tips, nutrition tips, slide show mile-by-mile of the New York Marathon and a run around Richmond Park in guided pace groups from 8 min miles to jog/walk pace.
